This section explains how Stop Nicotine (Oder 20 C7479, 2491DC Den Haag, ZuidHolland, Nederland) by Business registration number 80424422 uses the Meta app "Custom MCP - App StopNicotine" (the "App") and what data it processes.
What the App does
The App is an internal business tool used only by Stop Nicotine. It connects to our own Meta Business account to create and manage draft advertising campaigns for our products on Facebook and Instagram. All campaigns are reviewed and published by a Stop Nicotine employee. The App is not offered to the public, and customers or website visitors cannot log in to it.
Facebook Login
The App does not use Facebook Login for consumers. Access goes only through a system user that belongs to Stop Nicotine's own Meta Business account. We do not ask any member of the public to log in with Facebook through this App.
What data the App accesses
The App accesses only business data that Stop Nicotine owns or manages:
- our own ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads and their performance data;
- our own Facebook Pages and linked Instagram business accounts (only to show ads from them);
- our own Meta Pixel settings and saved audiences, used to set up ad targeting.
The App does not access, collect or store personal data of Facebook or Instagram users. This includes names, email addresses, profile information, friends lists, messages and posts.
How we use and store this data
We use this data only to create and manage Stop Nicotine's own advertising. We do not sell or share it with third parties, and we do not use it for any other purpose. Access tokens are stored securely and used only by authorised Stop Nicotine staff and tools.
Your rights
You have rights under the GDPR (AVG), including the right to access, correct and delete your personal data. For questions about this App or your data, contact us at info@stop-nicotine.com.
Tab 2: User Data Deletion

The Stop Nicotine Meta app does not collect or store personal data from Facebook or Instagram users. Even so, you can ask us at any time to delete any data that might be linked to you.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to info@stop-nicotine.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
- Include your name and, if relevant, the Facebook or Instagram account the request is about.
- We will confirm that we received your request and delete any related data within 30 days. When that is done, we will confirm it by email.
Removing the App's access via Facebook
You can also remove app access yourself in Facebook. Go to Settings & Privacy, then Settings, then Apps and Websites. Remove the app there.
